Eyes, Nose and Ears Care

  • When you're swimming in the open water, avoid dirty or polluted water.

  • Use googles and earplugs to minimize exposure of eyes and ears to water.

  • After swimming, rinse your eyes, ears and nose with saltwater.

  • Dry your ears thoroughly after swimming with cotton buds.

Skin Care

Skincare

  • Apply sunscreen to protect your skin from the sunshine and the chlorine in the swimming pool

  • Shower right after you get out of the water. Start with warm water to open up your pores and finish with cool water to tighten them to reduce moisture loss.

  • If you're a pro swimmer, consider investing in an anti-chlorine soap.

  • After the swimming session, always apply moisturizer to let your skin regain the lost moisture.

Hair Care

Hair Care

  • Rinse off your hair before swimming to prevent your hair from absorbing the chlorine or salt.

  • Apply coconut or jojoba oil before wetting your hair. These oils act as a protective layer for your hair.

  • Wear a swim cap. Level up your style with a cool swim cap!

  • Rinse your hair immediately after you get out of the water.

  • Treat your hair with a leave-in conditioner to give them extra moisture.

  • Use a wide-tooth comb. It deals with tangles better and reduces hair loss.
